In May, the hybrid edition o the event was successfully held. The next edition of Pharma Meeting Brazil will take place in September, in online format.

Participating companies can attend the face-to-face event and continue their contacts in digital format or choose just one form of participation.

ONLINE EDITION
SEPTEMBER 23th TO 26TH – Online meetings
Extended meeting times: during the digital meetings you will have a wider choice of meeting times. This allows participants to adapt their meetings to different time zones, thus increasing the possibility of contacts with foreign participants during the event.

The rate specified below gives the attendee access to the edition chosen at the time of registration.
Additional attendees from the same company who jointly attend the meetings will have a 10% discount on the individual registration.

You will receive a confirmation email with more details about your registration. In a few days your company will be included in the list of participants. To confirm your participation at Pharma Meeting Brazil, full payment of the registration fee is required up to 20 days before the event.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations and attendees substitutions must be submitted via e-mail to info@pharmameetingbrazil.com.br
The rate specified below gives the attendee access to the edition chosen at the time of registration. When purchasing the “combo” option the attendee acquires an access to each edition (May and September).
Additional attendees from the same company who jointly attend the meetings will have a 10% discount on the individual registration or combo fee.
Substitutions for paid registrants may be made at any time, with no charge. In order to have the contact information of the new participant included in the Reference Book, the substitution must be done prior to 20 days before the event. Late substitutions will not be reflected in the Reference Book.
The company may request the substitution of a registered attendee who is unable to attend the event. Should the company be unable to substitute the attendee, cancellations will be accepted prior to 20 days before the event and the amount paid will be refunded, minus a 30% administration charge. Cancellations received after that period are non-refundable.

Should I make two registrations to attend the digital and face-to-face versions of Pharma Meeting Brazil – May edition?
– No. To attend Pharma Meeting Brazil, May edition, you only need one single registration per attendee. This registration gives you the right to attend both the face-to-face and virtual events.
If you want to attend in only one event format, is it possible?
– Yes, it is possible. You will choose at the time of registration. From there you will have access only to the chosen scheduling tool, virtual or face-to-face.
How are the invitations to the meetings sent during Pharma Meeting Brazil?
– After registering for Pharma Meeting Brazil, the participating company receives access to our interactive online system that allows the following actions: – include information about your company, as well as types of partnerships and products your are looking for, and contact information; – read the profiles of other participating companies; – request meetings with partners of interest – accept or decline invitations from possible partner companies.
I was invited to a meeting, however, due to events out of my control, I must decline the invitation. Is it possible to send a message explaining the reason for this decline?
– Yes. When you decline an invitation you can send a message to the company that requested the meeting through our interactive online system.
Is it possible to decline an invitation after I have accepted it?
– Yes, you can cancel meetings through the system.
Is it possible to cancel invitations sent?
– Yes, you can cancel scheduled invitations.
Is there a deadline to answer invitations received?
– Yes. For the Pharma Meeting Brazil In Person edition, after 3 days, unanswered invitations are automatically cancelled by the system.
– For the Pharma Meeting Brazil Virtual edition, unanswered invitations are automatically cancelled by the system two days after they are sent.
Can I receive the contacts of representatives from other companies before the event?
– All contact information of the representatives are included in the digital book that is delivered to each attendee. The information is provided by participants who choose what they wish to include or exclude from the book. Thus, it is not possible to disclose contact details before the event.
What will be the procedure if it is not possible to hold the Pharma Meeting In-Person event on the scheduled date?
– If Pharma Meeting can not be held in the “In-Person” format on the planned date, a new virtual edition will be held in place.
