Please fill out the fields below and submit the form. You will receive an email with details of your registration, and within a few days your company will be included in the list of participants.
The registration will only be confirmed after full payment, prior to 20 days before the event.


To confirm your registration to Pharma Meeting Brazil you must pay the registration fees within 20 days prior to the event date.

Registration fee includes:

- Access to the event restricted area and information of registered participants

- Right to invite and be invited to meetings during the event

- Program of the event, listing all meetings scheduled

- Reference Book containing information of all companies attending this current meeting

- Lunch, two coffee breaks and parking during the event 

Cancellation policy and attendees substitutions:

All cancellations and attendees substitutions must be submitted in writing to info@clubenovosnegocios.com.br.
Substitutions for paid registrants may be made at any time, without cost. In order to have the contact information of the new participant included in the Reference Book. The substitution must be done prior to 20 days before the event. Late substitutions will not be reflected in the Reference Book.
The company can request the substitution of a registered attendee who is unable to attend the event. Should the company be unable to substitute the attendee, cancellations will be accepted prior to 20 days before the event and the amount paid will be refunded, minus a 30% administration charge. Cancellations received after that period are non-refundable.
